Cancellation fee:

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a $40 charge.

  • NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

  • If you have canceled less than 24 hrs & or no-showed for three appointments, you will no longer be able to book an appointment at Salon Lola.

“Return” Policy: If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 3 days from the original service date. The redo policy does not cover a change in the style or color and a fee will be applied as necessary. This is only for minor touch ups, not changed minds. Full service price applies after one week. We do not offer refunds for any services.

Salon Etiquette:

Running Late

  • We understand, life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may have to be rescheduled. We will always do our best to get you in. Please let us know as soon as possible if you're going to be late. No-Show & Cancellation Policy may be applied. (See above policy)

Children

  • We love our families and as parents ourselves we understand finding time for yourself can be challenging! Due to safety conditions we will not allow unsupervised children in the salon.

  • If you are receiving a service, you must provide proper supervision for all children in the form of an additional caretaker and they must remain in the waiting area.

  • There will be no running around of any kind. There are cords, hot tools, and chemicals throughout the salon and we cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur.

Pets

  • The only animals permitted inside Salon Lola are approved service dogs. Law of the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology permits no other animals within the salon. We can’t allow them inside and we definitely don’t want you to leave them in the car, so please, leave them at home.

Be Respectful

  • Please respect our salon and other guests at all times.

  • Be mindful of language that may be offensive.

  • Respect your stylist and their craft.

  • No Distractions.

  • We cannot perform at our best if you have children on your lap, while your head is down, or when your talking on the phone.

  • We love friends and family but please don’t bring them to your appointment. If you would like to introduce us or our work to them, referrals are the best flattery!


**We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason but especially if you cannot follow Salon Lola’s policies. Our goal is to make our guests and their hair happy! We have these policies and decisions in place for that purpose! Please be courteous and respect them.
