Salon Lola Policies
Life gets busy, which is why our policies are designed to keep things running smoothly and respectfully for all.

We get it—life happens! If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice so we have time to fill your spot.
Cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice? A 50% fee applies.
Missed your appointment without reaching out? That’s a 100% fee.
Multiple no-shows or cancellations may result in loss of booking privileges. We always consider emergencies—just keep us in the loop.

No-shows impact our team and other clients hoping to get in. If you don’t show up and haven’t contacted us, the full service amount will be charged.
Repeat no-shows may require a deposit to rebook or may be declined altogether.

Our goal is always for you to walk out feeling your absolute best.
If something feels off, let us know within 3 days and we’ll happily make it right.
This policy does not cover changes in style or color preferences, and we do not offer refunds. Minor adjustments can be made.

We require a 20% deposit for all new clients and a 50% deposit if you’ve no-showed before. This helps us protect our team’s time.
All deposits go toward your appointment total and are non-refundable if you cancel late or miss your service. -
We accept all major forms of payment, including tap-to-pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). We do not accept checks.
We’re a tip-free salon, which means our pricing reflects the full value of your service—no pressure or guesswork.
That said, if you’d still like to show appreciation:
• Leave us a Google review
• Send a friend our way
• Or bring cash or request your stylist’s Venmo/Cash App.We’re all about transparency, gratitude, and building community.

We love your family, but for safety and the best experience, no unsupervised children are allowed in the salon.
If your child is accompanying you, they must remain in the waiting area with a caregiver.
Please avoid bringing extra guests to your appointment—we want to give you (and everyone else) our full attention.
Salon Etiquette
⏰ Running Late?
We totally get it—life happens. If you’re running more than 10-15 minutes late and haven’t let your stylist know, we may need to reschedule your appointment to stay on track for the day. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you when we can! (Cancellation fee may apply)
Please text us at (937) 900-0759 as soon as you know you’ll be late. (And don’t worry—we’ll do the same if we're ever running behind.)
💛 Be Respectful
Salon Lola is a shared space built on kindness, care, and connection. Please help us keep it that way.
• Use respectful, inclusive language—discrimination or derogatory behavior won’t be tolerated.
• Support your stylist’s focus by avoiding distractions (like phone use).
• Leave guests at home—we love your people, but this is your time. If you’d like to introduce someone to our work, a referral is the best compliment!

Meet Jess, Founder & Curl Enthusiast!
Hi, I’m Jess — founder of Salon Lola and a curly hair specialist with 16 years in the beauty industry. I’ve always had a passion for learning and growth, which is why you’ll often find me in classes across the country, soaking up new techniques to bring back to our team and clients.
In 2018, I opened Salon Lola with a big dream: to create more than just a salon. I wanted a space where everyone—clients and stylists—could feel seen, supported, and celebrated. We specialize in curly cuts, lived-in color, and extensions for all hair types, with a deep commitment to serving our multicultural community.
The name "Lola" is inspired by my daughters, Londyn and Layla, whose joy and light are woven into everything we do. Around here, kindness, respect, and creativity lead the way. Whether you’re in the chair or behind it, we want you to feel at home.
