    • To book appointments for yourself and another person: First, select your services, then click “Add More People” to choose their services. Click on “Details” to review your bookings before confirming.

    • To add extra services to your main appointment: Click on “Add-On Services” to include additional options.

  • Life happens — we get it! Here's how we handle no-shows and late cancellations...

    • Please provide a 48-hr notice for cancellations or a fee will apply. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. No-shows without communication will be charged the full-service amount.

    • After two cancellations or any no-show, you cannot book at Salon Lola. We understand that illness & emergencies occur; these will be considered.

    • Service Adjustment- We strive for satisfaction, if you have issues with your service, please inform us within 3 days for an adjustment. This is for minor touch-ups only & do not offer refunds for any service provided.

    • Gift Cards can be used toward your appointment at checkout.

    • Please present any offers or discounts at checkout, and your stylist will apply them to your appointment.
